Gameplay FAQ

How do I play?

Use the joystick to move the robot. The robot automatically fires at nearby enemies. Collect XP and Neon Chips, choose upgrade cards, and survive each stage.

Do I need an account?

No. You can start immediately with a local profile and play offline. Game Center and iCloud Save are optional.

How do I protect progress when changing devices?

Continue playing locally until you want cloud protection, then enable iCloud Save from Settings. When local and cloud progress differ, the game asks you to choose instead of silently overwriting a save. Game Center is optional and is not required for iCloud Save.

How do I unlock more stages?

Clear available stages to unlock the next playable stage on the Stage Map.

Purchases FAQ

How do consumable Chip packs work?

Apple processes the purchase. After Apple verifies it, the game records the Chip credit in your private iCloud purchase ledger before finishing the transaction. The game is free to download and play; weapons and Ultimates can also be earned with gameplay Chips.

Can I use Restore Purchases for Chip packs?

No. Neon Chip packs are consumables and do not use Restore Purchases. To reconcile an unfinished verified purchase, open Home > Shop > Packs > Check Pending Purchases while signed in to the same iCloud account.

My purchase did not appear. What should I do?

Do not buy the same pack again while Apple shows it as pending. Open Home > Shop > Packs > Check Pending Purchases. If it still does not appear, email legalzone.info@gmail.com with the device model, app version, approximate purchase time, product pack, and Apple transaction details if available. Never send passwords, card numbers, or banking information.

Neon Slime Arena does not show advertisements. There is no Remove Ads purchase and no rewarded-ad feature in this release.
