At that time, four men were displaying disruptive behavior in front of the rehabilitation center. When the police officer approached to remind them of the law, they unexpectedly attacked, resulting in the officer sustaining injuries and requiring hospitalization for treatment.
The leader of Bạch Đằng Ward stated that local authorities are collaborating with the police to investigate the matter. Meanwhile, representatives from the Criminal Police Department of Hai Phong reported that they are working with the Bạch Đằng Police and other relevant forces to investigate and address the situation.
