CIRCULAR

On extending the implementation validity period of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2020 of the Minister of Finance, on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2018 of the Minister of Finance, on prescribing prices of services in the field of securities applicable to the Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository to support relevant organizations and individuals affected by Covid-19 epidemic

               Pursuant to the Law on Securities dated June 29, 2006;

               Pursuant to the Law on Charges and Fees dated November 25, 2015;

              Pursuant to the Law on Prices dated June 20, 2012;

             Pursuant to the Law on Public Debt Management dated November 23, 2017;

             Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 and the Government’s Decree No. 149/2016/ND-CP dated November 11, 2016, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Prices;

             Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, on detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities;

             Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP dated July 26, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

             At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Price Management and the Chairperson of the State Securities Commission;

            The Minister of Finance hereby promulgates the Circular on extending the implementation validity period of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2020 of the Minister of Finance, on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2018 of the Minister of Finance, on prescribing prices of services in the field of securities applicable to the Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository to support relevant organizations and individuals affected by Covid-19 epidemic.

Article 1. Extension of the implementation validity period

To extend the implementation validity period of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2020 of the Minister of Finance, on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2018 of the Minister of Finance, on prescribing prices of services in the field of securities applicable to the Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository to support relevant organizations and individuals affected by Covid-19 epidemic, which was extended under the Circular No. 70/2020/TT-BTC dated July 17, 2020 of the Minister of Finance, until the end of December 31, 2021.
